If you are not satisfied with our restoration services, you may request a return or refund within 30 days of service completion. All return requests must be submitted in writing through our contact form or by contacting us directly.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the furniture must be in the same condition as when it was returned to you after restoration. The item must not have been damaged, altered, or used in a manner that affects its restored condition. Original documentation and receipts must be provided with any return request.

Cost of Return Shipping

If a return is approved, you are responsible for the cost of returning the furniture to our facility. We recommend using insured shipping to protect your item during transit. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping unless we have arranged and paid for the return shipping ourselves.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order details and reason for return. We will review your request and provide instructions for returning the item. Once we receive and inspect the returned furniture, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom restoration work that has been specifically tailored to your requirements may not be eligible for return. Consultation services and completed work that has been damaged due to misuse or neglect after restoration are not returnable. Any work that has been modified or altered after our restoration is not eligible for return.

General Legal Requirements

This return policy complies with applicable consumer protection laws. Your rights under local consumer protection legislation are not affected by this policy. If you are a consumer, you may have additional rights that cannot be excluded or limited by this policy.

Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your restoration order before work begins without penalty. Once restoration work has commenced, cancellation may be subject to charges for work already completed. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing, and we will provide a detailed breakdown of any applicable charges.

Refund Procedure

If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 14 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider. You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.
